Victoria Barracks 2nd Military District Band Practice Facility - This hall was originally designed by the renowned John Vernon, who was NSW Government Architect in the 1880's.
In acknowledgement of the significance of the work of this architect, the Heritage Council have placed a conservation order on the building.
